Key Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders across departments to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and internal partners to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and communication across the organization.
Identify project risks and issues; develop mitigation plans and escalate as needed.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and business expectations.
Support implementation, deployment, and integration of new systems, tools, and software.
Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Maintain project documentation including requirements, design notes, test plans, and user guides.
Assist leadership with portfolio planning and prioritization of technology initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to project delivery and digital operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–6 years of experience in IT project management, program management, or technical leadership.
Proven experience managing complex IT, software, security, or digital transformation projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable plans.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL are a plus.
