Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change
- Daily store duties from putting stock away, inventory, cleaning, etc.
-Delivering to customers when needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Knowledge of retail sales and upselling techniques
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries
