Duties
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts, accessories, and supplies through active listening and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels using inventory control systems, ensuring stock accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems while handling cash, credit, or electronic payments with professionalism.
- Provide technical advice on automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures to help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain organized shelving, stocking shelves, and ensuring the cleanliness of the parts counter area to enhance customer experience.

Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales within an automotive dealership or parts store environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage stock levels, order fulfillment, and inventory control efficiently.
- Experience with retail math, and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and team members while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
