Mission Critical Interior Solutions, Inc. (MCIS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA/QC efforts across multiple projects and markets. This role ensures all work meets MCIS standards, client expectations, and industry requirements while promoting consistency, accountability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 5 years of QA/QC or construction experience, preferably in data center or mission-critical environments
- Strong understanding of construction methods, inspections, and documentation
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and submittals
- Prior field leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce QA/QC standards across active job sites
- Conduct inspections and identify quality deficiencies proactively
- Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen to improve quality execution
- Maintain inspection logs, reports, and project documentation
- Train field personnel on quality standards and best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization across projects
- Interface with clients, inspectors, and third-party representatives
Work Environment
This position requires frequent travel to active construction sites across multiple markets and involves both field and office work.
