About the Role
We are looking for someone who is strong in AutoCAD and Civil 3D and has experience preparing survey drawings for projects. This role will support our land survey team with drafting, field data reduction, research, and preparation of clear, accurate survey deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Prepare boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, short plat, and record of survey drawings
- Reduce and organize field data from GPS, total station, and other survey equipment
- Assist with deed research, title review, and survey exhibits
- Work with surveyors and other team members to prepare accurate, well-organized deliverables
Qualifications
- 2 years of survey drafting experience in Washington
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Familiarity with boundary surveys, topographic surveys, plats, easements, and legal descriptions
- Ability or desire to learn to work with point clouds to extract topographic data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, accurate work
- LSiT qualification or ability to obtain it is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this job starts at $30/hr and goes up from there, based on experience. Job includes regular salary reviews and a bonus program. Additional benefits include:
