HR Support Coordinator

M Chest Pharmacy is looking for a detail-oriented HR Support Coordinator to join our HR and Administrative team! This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and office support. What You’ll Do:
- HR Administration: Manage employee records, process HR checklists, and monitor policy compliance.
- Recruiting Assistance: Maintain applications and support hiring efforts.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply inventory, process mail, and coordinate office maintenance.
- Fleet & Travel Support: Arrange vehicle repairs, track maintenance, and book travel accommodations as needed.
- Employee Engagement: Assist with birthdays, anniversaries, and employee recognition programs.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1-3 years of experience in an office or HR setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
- Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems.
- Experience with ADP, Paycor, or HR-related tools is a plus!
