MCHC is seeking an Environmental Services Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting MCHC staff and patients by ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect surfaces, including walls, windows, desktops, countertops, doorknobs, restrooms, floors, and shared equipment.
- Remove trash and maintain common areas, conference rooms, and staff workspaces.
- Perform light maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.
- Ensure staff and patient safety by responding to spills, removing hazards, and reporting concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to staff requests.
- Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of patient and staff information.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment or similar cleaning role.
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Possess a valid California Driver’s License and be insurable to drive MCHC vehicles
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment or similar cleaning role.
Salary : $23 - $26
