- Expertly troubleshoot and repair a wide range of residential HVAC systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with precision and confidence.
- Educate customers on system performance and proactively recommend upgrades that improve comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality.
- Promote and sell value-added services such as indoor air quality products, duct cleaning, Aeroseal, maintenance plans, and system replacements.
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call—build trust, exceed expectations, and turn satisfied homeowners into lifelong customers.
- Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive, performance-driven culture.
- Stay sharp by embracing ongoing training, new technologies, and growth opportunities.
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Sales experience within residential HVAC or home services strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar service management software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to educate, influence, and close with professionalism.

- Comfortable working in confined spaces and always focused on safety and quality.
