Responsibilities
- Welcomes and announces clients and visitors, following building security protocols.
- Answers and directs calls via attendant console software, relaying messages and covering phones with the team.
- Manages conference room reservations and coordinates meeting needs (A/V, room set-up, food and beverage).
- Extends hospitality services (beverages, print/copy help, parking validation, etc.)
- Orders and manages food and beverage setups for client events.
- Refreshes conference rooms throughout the day and maintains reception and visiting attorney areas to firm standards.
- Provides general administrative support to legal staff and management.
- Maintains emergency procedure knowledge and serves on the Building Evacuation Team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Administrative experience in the legal or hospitality industries with event planning experience.
- Friendly, approachable, and adaptable with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
