McGuireWoods LLP seeks an experienced mid-level associate to join the Firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Litigation Department in its Charlotte office.
McGuireWoods’ national government investigations and white collar litigation group has the experience and credibility clients trust with their most sensitive matters. This deep bench of more than 80 attorneys represents individual and corporate clients across industries in civil, criminal and congressional investigations and enforcement matters at the federal and state levels. Job Requirements
- Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of government investigations experience in a top-tier law firm.
- Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are required.
- Judicial law clerk experience is highly valued.
- Experience at an AmLaw 20 firm in DC or NY strongly preferred.
- Experience at Chambers white collar Band 1 firms is highly valued.
- Willingness and desire to work with innovative technology platforms. Our attorneys leverage Harvey AI to accelerate research, streamline document drafting, and enhance analytical work, allowing associates to focus on higher-value strategic thinking and client engagement.
