McGuire Memorial, a nonprofit faith-based organization, is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead IT strategy, operations, and infrastructure. This role oversees system performance, security, and innovation while supporting organizational growth and mission-driven services.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, and daily operations
Ensure HIPAA compliance and strong cybersecurity practices
Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, Apple systems, and Active Directory
Manage networks, servers, cloud environments, backups, and disaster recovery
Supervise and develop IT staff; ensure knowledge sharing across the team
Implement and optimize new and existing technologies
Partner with leadership to align IT initiatives with organizational goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred
Experience with healthcare or nonprofit environments preferred
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies
Requirements (all provided by McGuire):
Ability to pass physical and drug screening
Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance
Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting)
TB testing
