Job Title: New Home Associate

Job Summary:
The New Home Associate will support McGuinn Homes by assisting with marketing, maintain accurate listings, manage customer inquiries, ensure community communication and meet sales goals.
Essential Job Functions:
§ Attend scheduled meetings and events as a McGuinn Homes professional.
§ Assist with marketing the communities and community events via social media.
§ Co-list and assist with auditing MLS listings as well as McGuinn’s website for accuracy.
§ Serve as a back-up to support New Home Consultant’s with leads and inquiries when there are absences and scheduled days off.
§ Assist New Home Consultant’s with meeting sales expectations and community sales budget.
§ Participate in weekly community meetings with Construction team to ensure clear communication by addressing customer needs and community concerns.
§ Assist with purchase agreements and addendums, when necessary and process in a timely and accurate manner.
§ Follow up with customers and the closing team to address concerns or their purchase when the New Home Consultant is off to include inspections, orientations or closings.
§ Consistently walk homes in progress, maintain community signage and address any issues promptly.
§ Keep informed of competitor offerings and market conditions to position McGuinn Homes effectively.
§ Maintain marketing knowledge to include assisting CMAs for the community.
§ Assist New Home Consultant’s on model home policies to include model SOP and inventory.
§ Contact new co-broke agents on a weekly basis through consistent marketing.
§ Maintain leads and updates in lasso CRM system and Marks to ensure accuracy.
§ Maintain and update any reports required or as requested upon New Home Consultant’s absence.
§ Understand community home plans and have knowledge of the community HOA
- Have basic knowledge of lending programs, maintaining contact with preferred lenders.
- Be a team player, acting as liaison for the community with all employees and customers.
- Maintain professional dress as well as ethical standards as stated in the BIC policy book.
- Complete professional development courses and keep up with emerging trends.

Education/Experience:
§ Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
§ SC Real Estate License required.
§ Minimum 1 year sales experience or new home and general sales experience.
§ Must have all continuing education as mandated by SC completed.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
Be able to sit, stand, stoop, kneel for extended periods of time throughout the day
Ability to walk homes in all conditions
Supervisory Requirements:
No direct supervision. Will need to collaborate with the New Home Consultant’s.
