Your Role:
 As a Housekeeper, you’ll help ensure our facility remains fresh, tidy, and safe. You’ll follow a set cleaning schedule and be ready to pitch in for unexpected needs—your efforts will directly improve the quality of life for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- Clean and maintain floors—dry mop, wet mop, sweep, wax, buff, and disinfect as needed
- Provide emergency housekeeping services when required
- Clean assigned areas, furnishings, and fixtures according to set procedures
- Keep entrances and exits clean and welcoming
- Report on supply shortages, equipment needs, or malfunctions to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Safely operate and maintain housekeeping equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a nursing home, adult day care, or assisted living facility preferred
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Dependable, flexible, and caring attitude
- Strong ability to stay on task despite interruptions
- Reliable transportation is a must
