What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lot Attendant position at McGovern Automotive Group?
McGovern Automotive Group is currently hiring Valet’s to join our Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service team in Newton, MA!
The Service Valet will work with the Service Department moving vehicles around the dealership lot and retrieving vehicles for customers when service is complete.

Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers upon arrival and introduces them to a Service Advisor
- Performs appropriate check in and check out procedures for all service vehicles
- Removes vehicles out of service drive and moves to designated parking areas
- Pickup & delivery of customer vehicles
- Ensures service drive and parking area are clean, neat and free of any debris or trash
- Follows all company safety policies and procedures and immediately reports any and all accidents to a manager
- Performs additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrates professionalism, collaboration and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
- Completes assignments in a timely manner
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Holds a valid driver’s license and has a clean driving record
- Able to pass background and drug screenings
