Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

McGovern Chevrolet/Hyundai of Arlington, part of the McGovern Automotive Group - a new and fast growing automotive dealership group - is hiring a Lot Attendant to join our exceptional team.

Service Valet Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally greets all customers upon arrival and introduces them to a service advisor
• Directs customers to maintain a proper flow through the service lane
• Performs appropriate check in and check out procedures for all service vehicles
• Retrieves customer vehicles from the parking lot while they are paying for service and removes seat and floor covers
• Removes vehicles out of service drive and moves to designated parking areas
• Ensures service drive and parking area are clean and neat and free of any debris or trash
• Assists with snow removal from dealership lot as needed
• Exhibits a strong focus on vehicle safety at all times
• Follows all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager
• Performs additional tasks as may be assigned
  
  

Role Qualifications

• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates professionalism, collaboration and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
• Completes assignments in a timely manner
• Able to prioritize tasks and escalate issues or questions to appropriate managers or team members
• Reports any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees to management
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Is team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required
• Able to pass background and drug screenings
