McGovern Auto Group - Hyundai Rt 93 in Wilmington, is looking to hire an Experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
- Continue to gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
- Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
- Support on-line customers by setting appointments
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of sales experience required
- Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record
- Able to pass background screen
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation & presentation skills
- Sales inclusive of new and pre-owned vehicles
