McGill, Power, Bell & Associates (MPB), a growing regional CPA firm, seeks an energetic Administrative Assistant for their Meadville, PA office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to partners and professional staff
- Prepare, format, and organize firm documents and reports
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Other duties as assigned.
CPE Coordination
- Track and maintain Continuing Professional Education (CPE) records for all professional staff
- Coordinate registrations for internal and external CPE programs
- Monitor compliance with state licensing and firm requirements
- Prepare CPE reports and send deadline reminder
HR Support (Administrative)
- Provide administrative support to HR as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or administrative training is a plus.
Previous administrative experience preferred, but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Working vehicle – mileage reimbursement available.
