1 year of experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, landscaping, construction, industrial, or outdoor work preferred
Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attendance and dependability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States **Physical Requirements**
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb throughout the workday
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
