As we continue to grow, we are seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives / Seasonal Dispatchers at our Taylors and Easley locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule service appointments and efficiently coordinate technician routes
- Provide service updates, answer customer questions, and manage follow-up communication
- Enter accurate notes, appointment details, and updates into the system
- Maintain daily communication with field technicians to ensure on-time service delivery
- Support overall office operations during high-volume seasonal periods
- Contribute to a well‑organized, efficient workflow and positive team environment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, dispatch, or call center experience preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software
