Position Overview:
As an attorney at our firm, you will handle a variety of family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, enforcement and modification of orders. You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, draft legal documents, represent clients in court hearings, and collaborate with experienced attorneys to develop case strategies.
Location: Sandy, Utah (remote work available after six months of employment)
Salary: $115,000 - $175,000 (FT) annually, depending on experience.(Part-time opportunities also available).

Key Responsibilities:
- Calm client fears surrounding family law issues.
- Represent clients in family law matters, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Provide clients with clear, empathetic, and practical legal advice.
- Manage a caseload and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Participate in firm meetings and contribute to the development of case strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- 2 years experience in family law, with a desire to grow within this practice area.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while working as part of a team.
