This is a full-time, on-site role for a Utah Family Law Attorney based in Sandy, UT. The attorney will handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, child support, and alimony matters. Responsibilities include drafting legal motions, conducting depositions, advising clients on legal issues, and representing clients in court proceedings. The attorney will play a critical role in protecting the financial and parental rights of clients while upholding the values of compassion and professionalism.
- Strong expertise in Family Law and related legal matters
- Proficiency with drafting legal Motions and conducting effective Depositions
- Comprehensive understanding of handling various Legal Issues in family law cases
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Utah
- Excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
- Prior experience in family law is strongly preferred
