Residential Landscape Account Manager
Overview:
Results-driven Residential Landscape Account Manager with extensive experience overseeing high-end residential maintenance portfolios. Skilled in client relationship management, contract renewals, budgeting, and quality control. Works closely with crews and clients to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards while maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residential landscape maintenance clients, ensuring exceptional communication and service delivery.
- Conduct regular property walks with clients to assess landscape conditions, identify enhancement opportunities, and address concerns proactively.
- Prepare and present proposals for landscape enhancements, seasonal color, and irrigation improvements.
- Manage contract renewals, pricing adjustments, and service schedules to align with client needs and company goals.
- Coordinate with production managers and crew leaders to ensure work quality, safety, and efficiency on all sites.
- Monitor budgets, labor hours, and materials to achieve profitability targets.
- Oversee site performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Support the installation of design projects, seasonal plantings, and irrigation repairs as required.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, reliability, and professional expertise.
Qualifications:
- BILINGUAL in English and Spanish REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing residential landscape maintenance accounts.
- Strong understanding of plant health care, turf management, and seasonal maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM or landscape management software preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally between client sites.
