Position Summary

The Landscape Maintenance Division Manager provides leadership, planning, and communication for the maintenance division. The two primary goals of this role are:

1. Mentoring Team Leaders and overseeing crews/production teams
2. Help grow the maintenance division while maintaining high-quality client service

This position works closely with Account Managers and Team Leaders and requires routine communication with both commercial and residential clients to support quality control and property requests. Experience with LMN or similar landscape management software, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, is required. Strong initiative, organization, leadership, and communication skills are essential for team development and operational growth.

• tManage maintenance division routing using LMN or similar landscape management softwar
• eLead up to 12 production teams consisting of 2–4 crew members eac
• hParticipate in daily morning operations to ensure crews depart efficiently and on schedul
• eManage and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet production goals within budge
• tTrain and develop Team Leaders in maintenance best practices and operational standard
• sCommunicate with clients and proactively monitor quality contro
