Irrigation Division Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Irrigation Division Manager to lead the operations, growth, and overall success of our irrigation division. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing field teams, driving sales and estimating efforts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall performance and profitability of the Irrigation Division while meeting established operational and financial goals.
• Prepare estimates and sell irrigation installations, repairs, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Oversee scheduling, work order management, and timely completion of all irrigation services.
• Ensure accurate daily time entry, job costing, invoicing documentation, and asset management.
• Lead, train, mentor, and develop irrigation staff, while supporting recruiting, performance management, and career development.
• Communicate proactively with clients and account managers to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong partnerships with vendors and support the continued growth and development of the company's irrigation services and capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing irrigation operations, crews, and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, troubleshooting, installation, and repairs.
• Experience with estimating, budgeting, and managing operational performance.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
