- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting technical solutions, maintaining relationships, and driving business development for new and existing clients.
- Lead and Mentor a team of multidisciplinary engineers fostering professional growth.
- Work with the Division Director to contribute to setting the growth strategies and initiatives, while continuously enhancing the site/civil practice by staying informed on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Florida PE Required.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the consulting industry.
- Business Development experience required.
- Public presentation experience.
- In-depth knowledge of State and Local site design standards and regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively participate as part of a project team, develop and maintain client relations, and meet project demands and schedules.
