Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing accurate patient check-in and/or check out, and prompt response to patient phone calls, while providing dazzling service in all areas!
Qualifications:Required Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience/Skills:
Required:
- Ability to work in a professional, positive, and pleasant way with others at MEC.
- Typing ability of 35 wpm.
- Maintain a professional manner in stressful situations
- Strong verbal communication skills in order to converse clearly and professionally with patients and staff
Desired:
- Front desk experience in a medical office
- One year surgery scheduling
