Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate valet staff during events
Ensure safe, efficient parking and retrieval of guest vehicles
Maintain smooth traffic flow and a professional valet station appearance
Train, guide, and support valet team members
Communicate effectively with event managers and venue staff
Resolve guest inquiries and issues with professionalism
Keep accurate vehicle and key logs
Compensation & Schedule:
$22–$25/hour (DOE, plus tips)
Event-based, part-time work with opportunities for more hours
Independent Contractor (1099) status
Requirements
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles (required)
Minimum 1 year of valet or parking experience; prior lead/supervisory experience preferred
Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and leadership ability
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation to event locations in Napa and Vacaville
Availability for evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules
