Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing excellent service, and resolving guest inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a positive attitude.
• Perform check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest reservations,cancellation, and modifications.
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
• Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
