About the Role:
We are looking for attorneys with 5 years of complex litigation experience, ideally with a background in medical malpractice, toxic torts, and/or products liability. This is an opportunity to step immediately into a 1st-chair role, handling high-value, complex cases ($1M ) and making a real impact from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of litigation from case inception through trial
- Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery and taking and defending depositions
- Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
- Prepare cases for trial, including expert development and trial strategy
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation and trial experience
- Experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, and/or toxic tort litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
