What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Real Estate Attorney position at McDonnell and Associates, P.A.?
We are currently seeking to hire a Commercial Real Estate Attorney licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina or Georgia.
Qualified candidate must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina, North Carolina or Georgia and have a minimum of three years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney. Recent graduates will not be considered. Preferred candidates will have a portable book of business to bring to the firm.
The responsibilities for the position will be contract drafting and negotiation with the ability to handle transactions contract to closing, buyer and seller side, including acquisitions, dispositions, property sales, loan document review, bank document review, landlord-tenant law, and commercial leasing. Experience with corporate transactions in buying and selling businesses is a plus!
