Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and accounting duties such as accounts payable, general ledger reconciliation, operational reporting, and general office support.
- Support the owner and senior leadership with accounting tasks, special projects, payroll, reports, spreadsheets, and more.
- Assist with or lead special projects to improve processes and support business goals.
- Manage and mentor administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and assist with various tasks within the small business office as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude toward change and contribute to a strong team culture.
- Communicate effectively, think critically, and solve problems with professionalism and initiative.
- Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to evolving responsibilities.

Qualifications
