- Ensure consistent execution of QSCV (Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value) standards
- Oversee daily operations and long-term business performance
- Maintain compliance with all McDonald’s standards and procedures
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Coach and develop Crew Trainers, Shift Leaders, and Department Managers
- Build a strong leadership bench for future growth
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers
- Enforce all health, safety, and security procedures
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities
- Control labor, food costs, and inventory
- Drive sales growth and profitability
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hamburger University (HU) Certified General Manager
- Valid ServSafe Certification
- Open Availability (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong business decision-making abilities
- Bilingual abilities are a plus (Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English & Spanish)
