- Providing direction, coaching, and support to crew members and managers

- Developing and executing plans to meet department goals
- Achieving restaurant and department performance targets
- Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability
- Creating or assisting with crew schedules
- Managing crew deployment and breaks during assigned shifts

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Ensuring quality food production
- Training new team members on essential job duties
