If you love to interact with people, we can put you in a service position. If not, we can find you other tasks whether that be working in the grill area, cleaning equipment, stocking, etc.!

Hiring Wage between $7.25 to $12.00 based on experience and qualifications.

If you are a high school or college student, we can help you get McDonald's scholarships as well great experience and letters of recommendation when the time comes for your future!!! We have had many employees graduated high school, attend local community college, and then transfer to bigger schools all the while working for us and building work experience. We also can put you through training that will be accepted as qualified college credit hours!

As a Crew Person, you may be responsible for:
• Greeting customers with a smile
• Taking accurate food orders
• Preparing all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
• Restaurant Cleanliness
• Ensuring items are well stocked
