McDonald Plastic Molding currently has job opportunities for a Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for performing administrative duties to support all management office staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist our customers through the ordering process to the shipping and invoicing process
- Respond to incoming inquiries and tasks from other co-workers in a customer focused and professional manner
- Order entry
- Shipment planning
- Obtain and maintain current products that are being made and shipped out
- Establish rapport and trust with all customers, ensuring a high-quality experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Participate in-group and individual training.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner while supporting and encouraging the company’s safety culture.
- Determine personal strengths and delegate workload that best fits each individual.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
- Perform all job duties with a positive, collaborative, and encouraging attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS include the following.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of work experience beyond schooling
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Communication and people skills
- Organized and task driven
- Strong negotiating skills
- Strong active listening skills
- Attention to detail
