We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team!
The service advisor acts as a primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring an exceptional service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet customers promptly and professionally
· Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues
· Prepare service estimates and explain recommended services and repairs
· Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs
· Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle
· Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before delivery
· Maintain detailed service records and documentation
· Upsell additional maintenance or repair services when appropriate
· Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines
· Must be CSI focused
Qualifications
· 1 year of experience as an automotive service advisor (dealership experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Great organization skills
