We are looking to add a Scalehouse Administrator to our team on a Monday- Friday 2:00pm – 10:00pm. The pay starts at $18 $2.00 shift prem.
Responibilities
· Responsibility for Bill of Lading paperwork for Scrap OCC
· Data entry of Trailer/Carrier Information into GBP Inventory System
· Direct communication with Yard Spotters and informs them of trailer locations
· Organization and Maintenance of daily paperwork of Carrier files
· Dispatch and Communication support for Chemical/Coal Trucks that go in/out of the Mill
· Work with Office Personnel to make Bill of Ladings for Outbound
· Assist in WSW Logistics safety initiatives and administrative support
· Administrative and office support as needed
· All other duties as needed or assigned
