We are seeking a Seasonal Part-Time, As-Needed Scalehouse Administrator to provide fill-in coverage as needed. This role may work any day of the week and may include day or night shifts depending on operational needs. Pay starts at $18 per hour.
Responsibilities:
· Responsibility for Bill of Lading paperwork for Scrap OCC
· Data entry of Trailer/Carrier Information into GBP Inventory System
· Direct communication with Yard Spotters and informs them of trailer locations
· Organization and Maintenance of daily paperwork of Carrier files
· Dispatch and Communication support for Chemical/Coal Trucks that go in/out of the Mill
· Work with Office Personnel to make Bill of Ladings for Outbound
· Assist in WSW Logistics safety initiatives and administrative support
· Administrative and office support as needed
· All other duties as needed or assigned
