Job Title: Automotive Sales Consultant – New & Used Vehicles
Location: McDonald Chevrolet, Millington, MI

Do you love talking to people, creating videos, and know your way around social media?
McDonald Chevrolet is looking for outgoing, motivated, and creative individuals to join our growing sales team. If you're a video-creating pro who’s not afraid to be in front of the camera and can connect with customers online and in-person, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers in-store and online
• Create short, engaging walkaround videos for new and used vehicles
• Use social media to connect with buyers and promote inventory
• Respond quickly to internet leads with text, email, and video
• Guide customers through the buying process with honesty and professionalism
• Maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers
• Work closely with management to hit team and individual goals

Who You Are:

• Outgoing, energetic, and confident on camera
• Social media savvy – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more
• Comfortable talking to strangers and making them feel like friends
• A fast learner who can follow a proven sales process
• Coachable, driven, and eager to earn
