Experience & Qualifications Needed:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 2-3 years experience as service manager
- Prior experience can be dealer or independent
- Excellent customer service skills and a forward-thinking, technology driven mindset
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain effective relationships with equipment and supplies vendors and suppliers, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of both
- Resolve customers’ billing and/or service concerns to appropriate department to resolve and follow through to completion
- Supervising all service staff
- Employee scheduling
- Responsible for new hire training and employee development
- Oversee service drive process and efficiency
- Assist with service write-ups and tagging customer vehicles
- Responsible for staff hitting dealership & manufacturer set goals
