Experience & Qualifications Needed:

• Automotive Sales Manager experience is required.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability.
• CRM proficiency.
• Proven track record of producing results.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.

What you’ll do: 

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Drive showroom, internet and phone performance.
• Coach daily on process, follow-up and accountability.
• Partner with Finance and Fixed Operations to maximize results.
• Help continue building one of the top Hyundai dealerships in the region.
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
• Provide training and support for the sales staff and assist in closing deals and elevate customer experience.

Compensation Overview: 

This position is commission-based. The expected compensation range for this position is $120,000 – $220,000 annually. Employees may also be eligible for performance-based incentive bonuses.
