Experience & Qualifications Needed: 

• Demonstrates excellence in customer service within a professional environment, with the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to confidently and professionally interact with executives, VIP clients, and other high-level stake holders with the ability to always represent the company in a sophisticated and professional manner at all times.
• Maintains a sophisticated appearance and demeanor
• Service industry experience highly encouraged
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: 

• Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit. 
• Obtains and records basic customer demographic information using a dealership sales control system.
• Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more extensive questions to the appropriate person.
• Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting for, or introduces the customer to a salesperson.
• Maintain sales floor appearance
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time
• Assist with other duties as assigned. 
• Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager.
