This is a fully remote opportunity for someone located in Minnesota or Wisconsin who enjoys fast-paced litigation work, staying organized, supporting attorneys, and helping move cases forward with confidence and accuracy.
This role supports attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation and plays a key part in keeping cases progressing efficiently from filing through resolution. What You’ll Do
- Manage assigned litigation caseload under attorney supervision
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Coordinate filings, service of process, and court deadlines
- Prepare deposition summaries, chronologies, and litigation materials
- Organize and manage discovery production
- Support trial preparation, exhibits, and hearing materials
- Communicate with attorneys, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation
Requirements
- 3 years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
- Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Strong drafting, organization, and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with case management systems preferred
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
