We are currently seeking a new team member who is a dependable, detail-oriented, self-starter who brings positive energy to both our team and all patient interactions. You will be trained in multiple roles and must be willing to step in where needed to help keep the clinic running smoothly and maintain our high standards for the patient experience.

ROLES WITHIN THE POSITION & TRAINING OUTLINE:

Team members are cross trained. For instance, if you are hired mainly to be the Front Desk CA you will also learn the basics of the Tech CA position as well.

ROLE 1 : FRONT DESK CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT: -primary role that you will be cross trained on.

The front desk role requires strong organizational skills since you will serve as a liaison between the patient, the doctor and the financial department while in this role. It is imperative that someone in this position can juggle the following tasks simultaneously:

• Welcome patients and answer phones in a professional and pleasant manner.
• Scheduling patient appointments via phone and our online patient management system
• Collecting and completing forms with patient data into online patient management system
• Insurance benefits verification
• Filing
• Preparing daily deposits
• Ensuring all patients have a wonderful client experience from start to finish

ROLE 2: THERAPY/TECH CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT – secondary role that you will be trained on.

• Welcoming patients and project a positive attitude to help patients feel better
• Educating patients on the basics of chiropractic
• Managing the flow of patients from reception, through therapies, and to doctor for treatment
• Responsible for assisting doctors with patient care including physical therapy modalities
• Assisting doctor and recording each patient visit in the EHR patient management system
• Maintaining overall appearance and cleanliness of the clinic

SCHEDULE:

The position’s general hours average around 40 hours

Monday- Thursday, (8:45-6)

Friday (8:45-1)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Starting $15 or more for skills and previous experience, with potential for increase after the first 90 days of training. Full time employees at the clinic are eligible for benefits:
