Truck Country is looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Representative to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a high-quality employee experience while supporting core HR functions including benefits, compliance, onboarding, and employee relations.

In this role, you will:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR support (questions, changes, documentation)
- Manage administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle events (hires, terminations, leaves, etc.)
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments and status changes
- Support onboarding, open enrollment, and company-wide HR meetings
- Partner with HR team members on documentation such as offer letters, PIPs, and employee communications
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance (I-9 audits, EEO-1, payroll audits)
- Generate reports and track HR data using HRIS (iSolved preferred)
- Assist with employee training initiatives and wellness programs
- Support HR projects and continuous process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of HR experience preferred (3 years office experience strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS systems (iSolved a plus)
