Controller / Accountant / Bookkeeper
Small but growing creative company in the northwest suburbs of Chicago is looking for its next financial manager. Position will become open due to retirement.
This position is a mixture of day-to-day accounting, administration, and project work:
Accounting includes invoicing customers, posting customer payments to accounts, paying vendor invoices, payroll, sales tax filings, recording and reconciling monthly credit card purchases, journal entries, and other related activities.
Administration includes financial management (cash and borrowing levels, help with investment decisions), human resources (employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management) and business affairs (licenses, building services, etc.).
This position also plays an impactful role through projects that help the company become more efficient and effective.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
