Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to manage real estate transactions and coordinate closings.
Responsibilities
- Track contract deadlines and key dates to ensure timely progress of transactions
- Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and municipal officials
- Prepare and organize closing documents and related materials
- Assist with financial calculations and closing adjustments
- Coordinate real estate closings from start to finish
Qualifications
- Prior real estate paralegal or related legal experience
- Familiarity with real estate transactions and closing processes
- Ability to manage files independently and handle transactions with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook
