Litigation Associate Attorney (3-6 yrs) – Boutique Law Firm

About the Position:

Our client, a boutique litigation firm founded by former BigLaw attorneys, is seeking a litigation associate (or potentially counsel-level attorney) to join its West Los Angeles office. The firm was established with the goal of offering sophisticated, high-stakes litigation work in an environment that allows attorneys to have a life outside the office. Its clients range from individuals and high-net-worth clients to major corporations and financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters

• Take on meaningful responsibility in litigation matters

• Develop professional and client relationships

• Engage in business development with an opportunity to provide flexible fees

Required Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of complex litigation experience; more senior candidates may be considered

• Admission to the California Bar

• BigLaw experience preferred; judicial clerkship experience a plus

Location:

Los Angeles - West, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $190,000–$300,000, in addition to a significant discretionary bonus, depending on experience and qualifications.
