Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule: Full Time; 7:00am-6:00pm rotating Monday- Thursday, Wednesday- Saturday & Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday

Summary:

McCord's Vancouver Toyota family is seeking two full-time dependable, and energetic Service Bookers to join our award-winning team. The Service Booker is responsible for the accurate, complaint, and timely creation and management of repair orders (ROs) for all internal, reconditioning, and select customer vehicles. This role is the foundation of workflow efficiency, ensuring that every vehicle is properly documented, dispatched, and tracked from arrival through completion.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year experience in an automotive dealership environment (Service, BDC, Admin, or Parts)

• Basic understanding of repair orders (ROs), op codes, and internal vs. customer pay types

• Strong data entry and computer skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with accuracy

• Proven attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DealerTrack DMS and/or Xtime

• Familiarity with:

  • Toyota TIS/ OEM systems

  • Recall lookup processes (NHTSA, OEM portals)

• Experience in used car reconditioning workflow

• Knowledge of:

  • Internal accounting (labor rates, account coding)

  • Warranty vs customer pay vs internal RO structure

• Previous role as:

  • Service advisor assistant

  • Warranty Clerk

  • Service Admin/ Dispatcher

Technical Skills:

• Accurate and efficient data entry (high volume)

• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems simultaneously

• Basic excel and email communication proficiency

• Ability to interpret vehicle information (VIN, mileage, stock numbers)
