We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our Cincinnati/Dayton team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving customer needs, and contributing to a growing business.
We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our Cincinnati/Dayton team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving customer needs, and contributing to a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to promote Yesco’s products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions for sign and lighting maintenance, repair, and new installations.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads, both inbound and outbound.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience (inside sales or customer service preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers succeed.
